About one month ago, Jenna took her first trip on Metro North.

It was a sexy experience.

Because we were headed to the awesome Chihuly show at the Bronx Botanical Garden.

Who’s Chihuly, you might ask? He is this one eyed artist that designs amazing glass sculptures like this one.

Check out that cool action.

They were huge and wonderful in the foliage space.

Some were small and hidden.

And it felt like an art easter egg hunt.

The huge balloons just hung there like luscious grapes.

Jenna posed with the glass snakes.

This guy just really has a crazy aesthetic. Such wondrous shapes.

Like this humoungous ceiling fixure.

Ooohh, spotted another hidden one in the desert.

Outdoors, the whole pool was lined with these.

And the pond itself had some treasures.

The fish for one.

But the boat was just full of surprises.

We loved it.

This majestic number lights up at night, wish I could see that.

More scavenger hunts. Can you spot the Chihuly?

In the shadows.

Hanging in the trees.

Just pinking it out.

Our chilling in the fountain.

Or just sharing a Jenna moment.

The next outdoor pool also was surrounded.

But these little glass cacti really did it for me.

More stuffed boats.

More flamingo shapes.

And another piece de resistance, this large ass globe of snakes.

Look at that texture.

Then next installation we found near the rose garde.

Look at these wonderful flowers.

Don’t they just feel,

So O’keefe vaginal?

We thought so.

What great color.
And what cool blue.

Just purely unique.

Awwww. What a cute couple.

That last pieces were these great big bowls.

The had the craziest colores.
Just a magical room.

With deep deep shade combinations.

Lovely.

On the way out we crossed the Bronx river, which i didn't even know existed.

But wait, there was just one more Chihuly to see, hidden in the swamp.

Floating rock-like structures.

Shining in the scum.

Making everyone smile.

And what would a trip to a Botanical garden be without shrub sculpting?

Not much I say.

Thank you metro north.

Thank you Chihuly. Thank you America.

And thank you Klong, for ending the day with an incredibly fresh fruit salad.
