• Sony Dreams and Soccer Nightmares…

  Sunday later. Today we cover Tuesday’s event, the Sony Dreams HD shorts. This years theme was flight.

  Almost everyone in the office came. And I had such a good time with the elevator pics that I tried it again,
  

  For less bang.

  It was a mob scene at the Zigelds.
  

  And the movies were pretty good. Our very own Maury Loeb and his assistant sarra,
  

  Coedited one of the films, Little Pony, directed by Stylewar’s Filip Engstrom.

  Hey, did I see you at Japanica?
  

  Sure enough, Meghan is one of three people I know from Wes that works in Advertising Post as an assistant producer (sometimes referred to as asspro) at The White House (wait, hold the phone, i have just been informed that Ms. Meghan is now a full Pro, assistant no longer), a very prestigious editing competitor.

  Then we saw Sandra, who used to work at old PS.

  Then, 11pm soccer league. It started out so beautifully, we were tied one one, when angus and I had a delicious two on one on the defender, and I one touched his pass right through the keepers legs for a goal, my first in this league. Damn it felt good, the goal to take the lead.

  Then they beat us 12-6. Awful, tired, cluttered-playing, untrusting were we, against a team that did not miss, gave the right runs and the right passes, and the fitness to run allover us even with all our subs.

  John and I did not approve.
  

  But I did score a nice goal so I feel great.
